EPP & EPE Expanded polypropylene (EPP) is a sustainable particle foam based on polypropylene that is used as packaging material, casing or for shock impact protection, as well as for heat and sound insulation.
Molded parts made with EPP have excellent shock absorbance properties, a high deformation recovery rate, high thermal stability, chemical resistance, oil resistance and heat insulation. But not only that: Its light weight can considerably reduce the overall weight of objects.
What is the difference between EPP and EPS? EPP is delivered without a foaming agent, which means that it does not expand subsequently.
