The state of Baden-Württemberg is the epicenter of German machine construction. We are a family-owned, mid-sized company with around 115 employees based at our headquarter in Blumberg in the Black Forest. This is where we plan, develop, design and build standard and customized machines for processing particle foams and fiber-reinforced thermoplastics for use worldwide.

Teubert’s success story started with one man’s dream. Joachim Teubert laid the cornerstone in 1963, when he decided to found his own company.
Back in 1991, son Andreas Teubert founded the company ATS-Systeme as a Teubert partner: “The family plays an overarching role. Automation technology is our passion. The solutions we develop are always from a single source and the result of close collaboration, including software development.”
In 2002, son Wolfgang Teubert took over the management of Teubert Maschinenbau GmbH from Joachim Teubert: "We are growing strongly. We are pleased about that. And our many regular customers have a large share in this. Customers invest in investment cycles of around 40 years. Reliability is important here. And at Teubert, it's a given."
With this foundation, Tamara Teubert-Braun led the company into the third generation in 2018 (procuration since 2020): "Our workforce is a healthy mix - with the knowledge and support of many long-standing employees who share valuable experience and with the drive of new colleagues who drive development with new ideas. We are proud of that."
Yannick Teubert followed in his grandfather's tinkerer's footsteps in 2019 in the area of technology (responsible for coordinating development projects since 2020): "Expertise in the 3rd generation - with the knowledge for current market needs, in this interplay innovation can be established in the customer's sense."
In 2025, Patrick Teubert joined the company as Head of Sales. “For me, true success is built on strong, trust-based partnerships with our clients. We don’t just provide solutions — we shape future perspectives together.”
Also in 2025, Philip Teubert joined the company’s management team and now co-leads the Technology division alongside Thomas Volz.“For me, advancing our technological foundation means combining proven solutions with fresh innovation. We’re facing exciting challenges in our markets — and that’s exactly where new opportunities lie.”
With these steps, the third generation has fully taken its place in the company’s leadership and is actively shaping the transformation with fresh ideas, a clear vision, and a deep respect for our heritage.

As siblings, we share a close bond that has shaped our shared vision for the family business over many years. Different strengths, but the same values and principles make us a strong team. We are grateful to work side by side with our father in the coming years, learning from his experience and continuing his life’s work with respect and dedication. Our goal as the third generation is to continue developing the company in a successful, sustainable, and people-oriented manner by building lasting partnerships based on trust with our employees and business partners.

TEUBERT HISTORY
1963 Foundation
Founded by Joachim Teubert as one-man business. He designed and manufactured accessories for EPS particle foam machines.
1965
The first Teubert EPS machines are built in Singen by the company Hofstetter.
1972
Teubert moved to the new company buildings in Blumberg, Waldshuter Strasse 15.
1963 - 1972
1981
Teubert KG converted to Teubert Maschinenbau GmbH.
1984
The first Teubert EPP machine is built.
2002
The management passes from Joachim Teubert to Wolfgang Teubert.
1981 - 2002
2003
First machines with integrated 5-axis robots.
2006
A new sales branch for building Continuous Compression Molding (CCM) equipment for processing thermoplastics is established.
2010
First machine with fully automatic handling is built.
2003 - 2010
2014
First machine with fully automatic mold change is built.
2018
First machine with fully automated production line.
2019
ATECARMA® is officially launched during K fair 2019.
