Back in 1998, we delivered the first Lost Foam machine to Anhui Heli. With this technology, they manufactured highly precise parts for a gearbox housing – a technical challenge that earned Anhui Heli a Gold Medal at a trade fair! 🏅💡 This milestone marked the beginning of a highly successful collaboration.

And the best part: The 1998 machine is still in operation today! 🚀💪

Now, 26 years later, the journey continues. The new machine is already on its way to China and will help Anhui Heli further strengthen its leading position in the market. 🌍🔧

Today, a TVZ 180/130 PP LE machine is leaving our factory!

Packed in three sturdy wooden crates, it will first be transported by truck to the port and then shipped across the Atlantic by sea freight.

The entire journey will take about one month, with 12 days spent on the ship.

No matter where - we bring technology on it's way!🌐

The Street Art Festival in Blumberg is one of the largest in Germany, transforming our small town into a huge open-air gallery for the tenth time. Every year, up to 30,000 visitors come to this event, enjoying a great mix of renowned street artists and hobby artists, creating a relaxed atmosphere. 🖼️🌟

May we introduce? A new efficient overall machine concept completely in line with the motto "Smart Efficiency". We have developed a new plant concept especially to support our customers and partners in their requests for high volume series production. Particularly in times of rising energy costs, this is designed in such a way that the control system interacts with the mold and valve technology to ensure optimized energy consumption during production.
